The payment of Membership Fees constitutes the basic funding of the Association. The Association may receive grants from organizations, donations from individuals and all other contributions as authorized by the national law, with a view to financing its activities.
The fiscal year runs from 1 January to 31 December of each year. For each calendar year the Executive Committee makes up the accounts and prepares the balance sheet. The budget for the next year is prepared. The Executive Committee submits the accounts and the budget to the Standing Committee or General Assembly, which ever meets first.
